What we collect
Information you send us: name, phone, email, property area and type, and details or photos of the work needed.
Technical data needed to run the site (for example server logs). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, issue invoices and provide warranty service.
Legal bases: steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legal obligations (such as accounting) and our legitimate interest in running our business.
Sharing
We share data only with the technicians and suppliers needed for your job, our accountants, and authorities where legally required. The quote form opens WhatsApp; messages you send there are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
Retention
Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept as long as Cyprus tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by emailing us. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
