It depends on the system and preparation. Quality elastomeric or polyurethane systems typically last many years; we tell you the expected life of each option in the quote.
Can you work in winter?
Coatings need dry weather and suitable temperatures. We schedule around the forecast; urgent leaks can be made safe in any season.
Is painting over damp enough?
No. Damp comes back unless the cause is fixed. We find the source, dry it out, then repair and finish the surface.
