Good to know in Cyprus
- Large-format tiles need a very flat base; levelling is included in our quotes, not an extra surprise.
- SPC vinyl floors handle Cyprus humidity better than standard laminate in ground-floor apartments.

Common questions
Can you tile over existing tiles?
Sometimes, if the old floor is solid and level and door heights allow. We check and advise honestly.
How much extra tile should I order?
Usually around 10%, more for diagonal or herringbone patterns. We calculate exact quantities for you.
Do you supply the tiles?
We can, or you choose in a showroom and we coordinate delivery and quantities.
