The basics of how quotes, works, payments and warranty work with us.
This website
Information on inonda.org is general and may change. Photos may be illustrative. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm a written quote.
Quotes
Quotes are written, itemised and valid for the period stated. Work starts only after you accept the quote. Additional work found during the job is quoted and agreed in writing before it's done.
Access & schedule
You provide access, water and electricity at the agreed times. Schedules may move for weather, material delivery or unforeseen conditions; we inform you promptly.
Payments
Small jobs are paid on completion. Projects follow the deposit and stage-payment plan in the quote. Materials remain our property until paid for.
Warranty
We provide a written warranty on our workmanship (minimum 6 months unless the quote states otherwise). Products carry their manufacturer's warranty. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, normal wear, or work altered by others.
Liability & law
We are insured for the works we carry out. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction.
