Good to know in Cyprus
- Service your units in spring, before the heat: clogged filters can raise power use noticeably.
- Outdoor units on roofs and balconies need shade and airflow to work efficiently in 40 °C summers.
- Condensate must drain to a proper outlet. Dripping onto neighbours' balconies causes disputes in apartment blocks.

Common questions
How often should an AC be serviced?
At least once a year, ideally in spring. Units that run all year as heat pumps, or in rentals, benefit from a second service in autumn.
Do you supply the units?
Yes. We can supply and install a unit we recommend for your room, or install one you've already bought.
Why is my AC leaking water?
Usually a blocked or badly sloped drain line, or a dirty coil freezing and then melting. A service normally fixes it.
