Good to know in Cyprus
- Hard water across much of Cyprus causes limescale in heaters, taps and shower heads; a filter or softener pays for itself.
- Know where your main stopcock is: we'll show you during any visit.
- Low pressure on upper floors is often a pump, tank or air-lock issue, rarely the mains.

Common questions
Can you find a leak without breaking the whole wall?
Yes. We use moisture meters, pressure testing and thermal imaging where useful, so we open only where the leak is.
Do you repair solar water heaters?
Yes: cleaning, element and thermostat replacement, leaking tanks or panels, and full replacement when repair isn't worth it.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Plumbing work is carried out by licensed, insured professionals working to Cyprus regulations.
