Before you list the property
- Service all air conditioners and the water heater
- Test the electrical panel, RCD, sockets and lights
- Fix dripping taps, running WCs and slow drains
- Renew silicone in the kitchen and bathroom
- Check doors, locks, windows, shutters and fly screens
- Touch up or repaint walls in washable paint
Upgrades that pay for themselves
Some small investments reduce maintenance calls and help the property rent faster.
- LED lighting throughout
- Durable SPC or porcelain flooring instead of worn laminate
- A water filter or softener against limescale
- Extractor fans in bathrooms to prevent mould
- Inverter AC units with lower running costs
Between tenants
Send us the check-out report and we quote the whole repair list at once. Grouping the work into one visit keeps the cost down and the property empty for as little time as possible.
During the tenancy
A maintenance plan with scheduled checks and a single contact for tenants means problems are found early, and you get a photo report after every visit.
